Meeting times: 2-3:30 p.m. First and Third Sunday of each month starting January 2nd.
Purpose: For peers to support one another in our journey for healing by locating and sharing resources and techniques for coping with PTSD, anxiety, and/or depression. A support person is welcome to attend with you.
Note: This is not a substitute for therapy, and no licensed therapists will be available. Resources and a safety plan will be discussed at each meeting. Sign-up is welcome but not required at Meetup.com or Facebook.com
